Delivery method

Standard delivery

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada. The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days depending on the delivery address. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email for tracking with Canada Post. The delay may be extended during busy periods. JusteRobe is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

If the package is returned due to an error in the delivery address, a move or a refusal of the package, an additional shipping charge of $20 taxes will be charged for the return of the item. .

Exchange policy

JusteRobe offers you the possibility of an exchange of size on your purchase of dress subject to stock availability.

Return policy

If you wish to return an item purchased on justerobe.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to do so. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition. 

To return your dress

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. This $50 fee will be subtracted from your total refund, unless the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect in the dress. The refund will be done on the initial method of payment, within 24 to 72 hours following the reception at the warehouse.

The JusteRobe team reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not respect the established conditions.

Refund policy

Your purchase can be returned within 30 days following the date of purchase, if you have kept your receipt, provided that the dresses have their tags and are still new (not worn). Refunds will be made on the original method of payment.
